Goals - Friday check in!!!

Hey guys!!! GEEZ there was a big turn out for the goals this week, So today is Friday and I reposted what YOU typed as your goals. So spill it - how are you doing, have you made much progress? I have been to the gym 2x and going on Sunday for my 3rd, eating choices have been a little bit better, I have gone two whole days without any snickers bites I have not organized the boys clothes so maybe I will get that in this weekend. And my protein has been great for the most part!!! Dana 1. Get to they gym atleast 3x AGAIN! 2. Make better eating choices, I find myself grazing on crap that I definately shouldn't have. 3. Organize the boys old winter clothes and pack them away for my nephew. 4. Protein first! Jaci ~ 1. Finalize entries for Washington Convention (a rabbit show) 2. Vitamins 3. Finish Boxing up bigger clothes 4. Clean out Petunia Kristi D ~ 1. Workout 3x 2. Drink at least 80 oz of water 3. Make good food choices. Jen Jen~ 1. Protein first 2. Avoid junk food at all costs 3. Get to the gym or walk everyday with the kids 4. Fluids - 72min per day - aim for 100. Karla~ 1. Exercise at least 5 days this week 2. Get at least 70 g protein per day 3. drink at least 88 oz. liquid per day, maybe up to 100 Dawn~ 1. go at least 1 day without counting my food intake on fitday (that's gonna be hard) 2. exercise on Saturday and Sunday (former rest days) 3. start buying stuff for the gift basket I promised Melissa~ 1. Protein in ~ 70g or more 2. No Carbs 3. No snaking 4. Workout/Walk 6 days 5. Water 100++++ 6. Start pack stuff to give away (so we can move YEAH) 7. Wendi~ 1.Gym 3x this week 2. Water 3. Figure out how to make protein coffee drink so I skip Starbucks 4. Get good groceries so I make good choices 5. Pay all bills. Cathlene A. 1.exercise 4 times 2. drink liquids before turning to an afternoon snack 3. put out cereal or vegs to eat while prep-ing dinner 4. fill out some papers for DH Stephanie P. water, water, water!!!! protein first walk all I can at work and at home with the kids try to get hubby's citizenship papers filled out for him. go to bed earlier since I am up at the butt crack of dawn!!! Not Dawn's butt crack, dont get it mixed up!! LOL

Its Friday already! Where'd the week go!? Jaci ~ 1. Finalize entries for Washington Convention (a rabbit show) 2. Vitamins 3. Finish Boxing up bigger clothes 4. Clean out Petunia Um.. Petunia is clean, I did the vitamins, am doing the entries tonight and this weekend and um, the boxing wasn't done lol. So 3/4! I'm up from last week!

Karla~ 1. Exercise at least 5 days this week I'll start tomorrow - I've been sick this week and working - so not too good here. Have to get back in the routine. 2. Get at least 70 g protein per day Been doing pretty good there 3. drink at least 88 oz. liquid per day, maybe up to 100 Doing well here.

I SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive worked out twice and my food choices have been good. But my fluid intake has been horrible. kristi

Suzan G 1. Try to get more then 5 hours sleep. 2. Renew my Curves contract end of July 3. Plan a get away for my wedding anniversary JuLy 2, 2006. 4. Continue taking all 6 tabs of my calicium citrate everyday.....ugh 5. Finsh my fair project to enter in 2 1/2 weeks. 6. Buy a new swimsuit the one i bought a couple of months ago is to big 7. Try to come up for a reciepe for frozen protein ice cream. i wonder can you put the protein shake in a ice cream maker and make ice cream. hummmm... 8. Continue taking all my vitamins everyday. 9. Contine walking a mile 4 days a week. 10.Continue making it to the gym or exercising at the park in classes 3 to 4 days a week.

Am using K's protein coffee suggestion. 3~Nada 4~Am working on it. The parade is on Labor Day Weekend. But now one of my employees want to do a float for the Lone Tree Days Parade and that is July 4th. OMG Can I put one together that soon? Hazel
