Goals - Friday check in!!!
Hey guys!!! GEEZ there was a big turn out for the goals this week, So today is Friday and I reposted what YOU typed as your goals. So spill it - how are you doing, have you made much progress?
I have been to the gym 2x and going on Sunday for my 3rd, eating choices have been a little bit better, I have gone two whole days without any snickers bites
I have not organized the boys clothes so maybe I will get that in this weekend. And my protein has been great for the most part!!!

1. Get to they gym atleast 3x AGAIN!
2. Make better eating choices, I find myself grazing on crap that I definately shouldn't have.
3. Organize the boys old winter clothes and pack them away for my nephew.

1. Finalize entries for Washington Convention (a rabbit show)
2. Vitamins
3. Finish Boxing up bigger clothes
4. Clean out Petunia

1. Workout 3x
2. Drink at least 80 oz of water
3. Make good food choices.

1. Protein first
2. Avoid junk food at all costs
3. Get to the gym or walk everyday with the kids
4. Fluids - 72min per day - aim for 100.

2. Get at least 70 g protein per day
3. drink at least 88 oz. liquid per day, maybe up to 100

1. go at least 1 day without counting my food intake on fitday (that's gonna be hard)
2. exercise on Saturday and Sunday (former rest days)
3. start buying stuff for the gift basket I promised

Um.. Petunia is clean, I did the vitamins, am doing the entries tonight and this weekend and um, the boxing wasn't done lol. So 3/4! I'm up from last week!

4. Continue taking all 6 tabs of my calicium citrate everyday.....ugh

6. Buy a new swimsuit the one i bought a couple of months ago is to big
7. Try to come up for a reciepe for frozen protein ice cream. i wonder can you put the protein shake in a ice cream maker and make ice cream. hummmm...
8. Continue taking all my vitamins everyday.
9. Contine walking a mile 4 days a week.
10.Continue making it to the gym or exercising at the park in classes 3 to 4 days a week.
