Goals - Friday check in!!!
evil woman---saving my goals! making me acountable! how could you?!? OK--here I go:

1.exercise 4 times: 3 times so far, but my week is up on Sunday--so I'd say this is looking good
2. drink liquids before turning to an afternoon snack:
doing much better overall on the liquids and improving this--will continue
3. put out cereal or vegs to eat while prep-ing dinner: no even once, I suck!
4. fill out some papers for DH: did it!
New goals for next week:

water, water, water!!!! Doing better.
protein first. Really improving here, I have been making very good choices.
walk all I can at work and at home with the kids. I have been doing good here too.
try to get hubby's citizenship papers filled out for him. Havent gotten this one done yet.
go to bed earlier since I am up at the butt crack of dawn!!! Not Dawn's butt crack, dont get it mixed up!! LOL I have been going to bed earlier also, and getting up at about 6:30 in the morning without an alarm clock!!
I was trying to get my hubby's papers filled out for him the other day and ended up in the hospital with my son. They admitted him for pneumonia and he is home now on breathing treatments, but doing much better, he is now able to breathe without oxygen, so that is why I am just posting this now, I have been gone with him. Thanks again.
