Ok, so you know how they say cloistered nuns have their cycles align after living together a while? I am curious about us. It seems last month there was a bunch of posts about periods when I had mine. Chele posted the water retention post earlier. I started my period today. So here is my question ... are we in sync, when is yours? I know this is a goofy question. My sis and I are really close in our cycles (she lives with me) and we are in sync within a few days. Which isn't fun b/c we are creabby at the same time God Bless, Jen

A little graphic hope I don't get any one upset 29 through 2nd of the following month Don't you hate it when you want to be a little "BIT..". And there is always another female that seems to steal your parade. My younger sister seems to take that role and about half the females at my work. Does your "man, boyfriend, girlfriend or husband go through this mood at least once a month. I swear is there such a thing as male mood swings. Come on we are the one who carried a pregancy for 9 months then gave birth what can a aguy go through.......And don't say it........Most men would say......! Just thinking to much and staying up late. SUZAN

good point Jen, that's too funny, it seems to happen that way at work also, I work in a small daycare and there are only 5 employees, all women. I am due for mine today, but so far no signs. I hope thats not a bad thing since I have been fairly regular since surgery. Karyn

I think it's due to the hormones when living or working in close proximity. I really believe there is something to it! My daughter (14) often has hers around the time I have mine, even though my cycles are longer. My friend just started hers yesterday and hers wasn't due for awhile. I remember a job I once had where I worked closely with many women...it seems our cycles would all sync together. I also have a 6 year old daughter and 17 month old girl twins so it should be interesting in about 10 years! My mom didn't go through menopause until really late (as in 59-60!) and I hope I don't follow in her footsteps. Chele

I usually start anywhere between the 1-10th of the month.
