NEW GOALS!!!
I had to claify somethings and correct a typo.
1. Get to the gym 4 times this week.
2. Do mainly a liquid diet this week, very little carbs.
3. Buy a bathing suit.
4. Meet with the caterer.
5. Do my crunches and push ups everynight. if I don't get them in at the gym, then I will do them at home.
6. WATER!!!!!
I think there's some saying about a goal only being a "wish" or something unless it's written down, so this is an awesome idea. It definitely helps keep me be accountable, so thanks!
1. Drink at least 80oz of liquid/day
2. Workout at least 3 times this week
3. Spend more quality time with my children
4. Catch up with some overdue phone calls
