Did You Work Your Wiggles Today?
20 minutes on my bike this morning, arm weight workout, and sit-ups. Hopefully after my last day to work tomorrow, I can get more in and learn to use my son's Bowflex machine for weightlifting. I also cleaned out 2 closets and a file cabinet in one of my offices today to get rid of old manuals and textbooks. I had to haul out really heavy sacks. I also went to Walmart and shoved around a totally loaded basket of stuff. That ought to count for something.

Wow, that's incredible that you get to do house sitting for a whole month. I've always done it for family but never anyone else. I know I am considering next year once I am at target weight to teach english in Korea...I think it will be a blast to be there a year. Definately something I would never do before the WLS.
Anywho, as for my wiggles: 30 mins on treadmill, 30 mins cardio machines at InShape and 30 mins at home riding the stationary bike...woo that's alot!
**Do check out In-Shape, talk about some major hotties working there as trainers, makes me want to work out all day long
** I start my training sessions next week, can't wait since they will tell me which machines work which muscles...right now I want to work on the stomach muscles to catch up with my legs
