Calories per day...
I'd say for myself around 700-800 a day, which is doing me well...I eat protein and veggies and fruit, no sodas or candies at all...basically very little sugar as possible which for bandsters we can cheat a tad but I don't risk it...so I stay very low on sugar, most of my sugars come from natural foods, like fruit. Anywho...I hope to continue to lose more..
