What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
I saw that "what's on your menu" wasn't posted yet, and Kay's outta town so I decided to put it up here. Today was an okay day today. I went to kickboxing this morning and ran errands afterwards....got irritated during running errands so I came home! Everything was getting on my nerves
. Then I napped for the rest of the day
, and it felt divine! Here's what I had:
LNS: 1/2 of Vanilla/fudge Blue Bunny FF/SF ice cream bar....it was good!!!!
B: 3/4 cup of Special K protein plus cereal w/ 6 oz. 2% CC milk...sat very well
S: Oreo protein shake w/ 2 SF oreos
L: Low Carb tortilla pizza w/ 8 turkey pepperonis
D: 2 1/2 oz. steak, 1 tbsp mashed potatoes, 1 broccoli spear
S: 1/2 Luna Bar
Exercise: 45 mins kickboxing class and 150 crunches
Vitamins: done
Fluid: 72 so far...gonna have 2 cups of tea right now

April - you're looking great. I bought Blue Bunny SF raspberry cheesecake bars and they were great, but made me nauseous. My son ate the rest of the box. I probably should have eaten 1/2 a bar, too. I can eat SF cream popsicles and I'm fine, so I guess I'll stick w/ those.
What's been on the menu for today:
B: AchievOne Mocha Java
L: Jaci in the Box Chicken Club salad (actually most of the cheese, chicken, bacon bits, some lettuce and a little dressing w/ 4 or 5 croutons and some almonds. It was pretty good.
S: South Beach Protein bar & 1 c CC Choc. Milk
D: baked pork chop (1.2) My dog enjoyed the rest
S: SF pudding w/ protein
Vitamins: In
Water: 72 oz. so far . . . 2-3 cups Decaf Unsweetened tea in a little while
Exercise: 20 minutes cardio, sit-ups, and arm weight workout

Breakfast...I was sorta bad, was sick of eggs, or oatmeal so decided I wanted 2oz of chicken...didnt do to well because it was AM but hard headed as I was I did it anyways!!
Lunch: Snack Pack of FF Tuna mix (2.3oz) by Starkist w/5 little crackers
Snack: Hummus with Crackers
Dinner: Probably Shrimp about 10 after I work out from the gym. I eat sometimes late cause the snack fills me up for 2hrs.
Hydration: Tons of water...probably 60oz's thus far, going to work out so will drink another 20oz.

B~part of a leftover omelet from dinner last night
L~1 hard taco (I was surprised that the shell didn't bother me)
D~Chicken and about 2 tbs of rice
S~none, but my stomach is growling now, so I might have a little something!!!
Exercise: 30 mins high-cardio
Water: Low, but still drinking

You know, I've used taco shells whenever I made taco meat until I met my low carb wraps! But they never made me sick, and I sometimes eat maybe half whenever I have a chicken taco from Taco Bell. I bought the regular store brand it 1 shell only had like 50 cals and 0.5g fat...so not so bad of a choice. Oh, and the carbs weren't that much either....just don't remember how much.

It was a really boring day at work and I didnt get to drink as much as planned. But here goes anyway.
B-1/2 protein bar
L-1 1/2 protein bars
D- 1 cup chili with melted cheese
S-carrot slices and radishes
Water- right now at about 45 oz, still sipping on another 32 oz bottle of water.
protein today was at right about 65 grams.
exercise was at work running around on traumas and stats, but it was still boring!!!

Today was ok for me. I went out for lunch and wasn't expecting to so I had to adjust my menu for the rest of the day.
Here's what I've had
B: Atkins protein bar
L: salad bar at Pizza Hut,,,topping off 1/2 slice of sausage pizza
D: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage
I was still hungry because of my hour and 1/2 workout so I had some protein cereal & milk....only ate a few bites
S: I will probably have another protein bar because I'm still lacking there
had a awesome workout today,,,vitamins are done & just finishing up my last bit of water

B-Nothing
L-1/2 of a medium chili from a local grocery store
D-2 chicken tenders with 1/2 c. of fresh fruit------10 minutes later dumped.
Feeling much better now, not sure why because I've never had problem with it before.
Vitamins: Check
Water: 48 ounces so far
