Flab!
So, anyone else have major flab issues right now? Its like the fat that I have is different then the fat pre-surgery. What is the deal? It hangs now... I know, probably the skin holding it in differently, but I don't have much excess skin on my arms, yet they are the flabbiest part of me!
I started using a skin firming lotion a few days ago, anyone else use one for a long period of time? Does it help or is it just a pipe dream?
Any other ideas to combat this unsightly issue?

I have saggy baggies.....flabby arms! I hate them. I feel like if I put my arms up, I'll fly away somewhere
. I heard european herbal wraps works...and this was from a wls patient. So...I don't know, but I sure did look it up, and will plan on getting a treatment or two. I also am gonna be starting with a personal trainer.

I had a great time last weekend with my 22 year old son and his girlfriend, we went to a small amusment park and I could not help but get everyone laughing thinking about my arms flapping in the wind on the rides.. I thought I was going to fly away
I flipped under a bar like my son did but my body did not know how to stop, I ended up landing into a trash can and tearing out a piece of my knee and 3 little toes. But we laughed so hard...I was afraid of flapping away but can't use them for brakes when my valosity gets to strong...go figure

With me it's my upper arms. If I could automate them I swear I could fly
The lotions won't help I will need PS when all is said and done. Also my girls have deflated and now,
"My chest is in my drawers":lol"
So someday I can look forward to a boobjob and getting my arms done too, yipee - not
Better thinner and flabby than fat and flabby any day though.

It's the skin that was once taught...filled with fat, and it is now missing some of that fat so it's loose....like a slightly deflated balloon. I could fly to Cleveland with my arm flaps
and the other night I had one leg up on the bench at the gym and looked in the mirror and noticed the skin slightly hanging from my inner thigh.
Not nice.
It's a trade off, I figure. We have lost weight relatively fast and our skin hasn't had time to shrink down as quickly. Whether or not it will isn't always about exercise. I exercise my tail off, which I am sure does help to some degree, at least with the muscle that lies underneath the skin. Though, it's about genetics and age too.
