Ok peeps... for all of you who might be expeiencing a bit of a problem in the bathroom area 
Have I got the product for you! Drink some Citrucal! It worked for me in lik 30 minutes (pkg says 12- 72 hours lol! so be careful) Now I feel mucho bueno (A bit TMI for you? lol) Now to make sure I get my fiber in so I don't have to drink this stuff and it'll be great... but on the plus side, I've already got 24 oz of liquid in me!
