Did that make you think of the Jello commercial lol, I don't know how to make those sounds over the pc!
I did nothing today! Well... not really lol, I went shopping he he he.
My menu so far: Not done yet
B- 3/4 c Special K Cereal w. Protein + 1/2 c milk
L- Chicken
D- will probably make an egg, put some chicken in it, some cheese and wrap it up in a low carb wrap

Snackolla ville, we watch Racing Stripes and I was munching ....
few honey mustard pretzels
4 bites healthy choice icecream
3 sugarfree reeses pb cups
Did 30 minutes on the elipitcal at the gym today. That burned all the calories I ate up until the snacks!

B: 1 egg scrambled w/ Jimmy Dean Breakfast scramble mix and a little RF cheese
S: Mocchacino made w/ 1 c CC Choc. milk, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, decaf espresso powder and splenda. I thought I was at Starbucks!
L: 1/2 protein bar
S: pecans
D: Tuna casserole w/ brown rice
Vitamins: in
Water: a whopping 104 oz.
Exercise: started my new DVD: Chicometrics (about 45 minutes of muscle building exercises)
