Ok, I lied lol... Here's my real menu I forgot some stuff: B- Jimmy Dean Omelette... had 3/4 of it S- Starbucks on the way to work L- Chicken S- Shake D- Yogurt and Cottage Cheese, yummmmm H2O- 75 Vits:

B: 1 egg w/ Jimmy Dean breakfast scramble mix w/ cheese (dog ate most of potatoes) S: Protein Moccachino L: Protein Bar D: Chicken/Beef Fajita Meat (1 piece each); chile con queso, refried beans, & 2 bites of grilled cheese/fajita stuffed jalapeno S: 1/2 c Tuna/brown rice casserole Vitamins: In Water: 80 oz.
