Today is my first ever official Jan 2006 board weigh-in! Highest ever Weight ............................. 431 lbs Weight at first consult w/ surgeon............412 lbs Weight on Surgery Day (1/24/06) ............380 lbs 1st month checkup..................................360 lbs 2nd month checkup.................................348 lbs 3rd month checkup..................................344 lbs (this was going wayy too slow) Weight last week with my family doctor.....316.5 lbs ( I was in shock) 5 month checkup TODAY with my surgeon 310 lbs!!! ( can we say ELATED!) Loss for the week ... 6 1/2 lbs Loss since Surgery ......70 lbs Total Loss from my highest weight ever......121 pounds! My family doctor told me that it shows how resistant my body is to change...hopefully, it now knows who is boss here!) Nancy B ...cant you tell Im a bit..er..excited?
