Hi all! Hope everyone has had a funfilled weekend. My weekend was just busy! My friend's wedding was Saturday, so I spent Friday and early Sunday "preparing" for it. Getting nails done, finding accesories, making sure I had the right shoes, etc. I wasn't even in the wedding! But I loved the dress I bought and I really wanted it to look nice. First of all, I had been looking for a dress for weeks, and I didn't have anything in particular in mind....i just didn't want black. I just wanted to find something that was cute. Well, the first dress I bought was soooooo cute and a size 14 and it fit great. It was pricey, but I really loved it. Yet, I still wanted to try one more store, and I found my dress there......on the clearance rack no less
! So I picked it up in a hurry. It was a 16...was loose, but not way too big. I already had some shoes and a purse to go with it at home, so that was great. So the wedding was great. My friend looked absolutely beautiful, and the groom was handsome. They are truly a beautiful couple, and not just saying that either! At the end of the night, I was thinking back, and I realized that I wasn't fixing my dress all night making sure my "back fat" wasn't showing...lol. Not only that but I felt COMFORTABLE....so comfortable. Not just the fit of the dress, but I wasn't worrying about what other people thought I looked like, and it was just an undescribable feeling. Not only that, but my shoes were flopping off all night. I always used to buy 11's 0r 12's.....no more. Just size 10's now. Me and friend can share clothes and shoes now!!! I didn't catch the bouquet, but hey...maybe next time
