Goals for the week!

I didn't get around to the recap but I figured I would start with this weeks installment of the Goals for the week. If you guys want you can post what progress you made last week here too! So remember this is a motivational post only, in no way am I nagging you!!! You can post any goals (they don't have to be WLS related) that you have for the week here and I will do a follow up post on Friday to see how much progress you have made! 1. finish the monthly banking for my office 2. go to the gym 4 times this week 3. sort out my clothes to get rid of again 4. make to do lists for my vacation packing! My goals this week: 1.) Make it to the gym. At least once! I know it seems meager, but I haven't been to the gym in a long time. So if I get there just one time this week, I will be happy. 2.) Not spend any money! Thats right, one week, no spending! 3.) Book hotel for my summer NYC trip 4.) Continue to keep my protein levels above 70g daily. I did well last week, but need to keep working at it.

I am just having a girls weekend- shopping, good food, maybe see wicked again, go to the spa. I am living in DC right now, so it's not too far. We are going to drive up on a friday and drive home sunday... quick trip, but I am soooo looking forward to it!

I am glad you didn't recap. I didn't do so well! ~~ 1) drink more fluids 2) EXERCISE MORE 3) MOVE FURNITURE INTO DINING ROOM...HAVING NEW CEILING PUT IN. 4) CLEAN UP STAIRS AND HALLWAY.. 5) BE NICER TO THE FAMILY ~~HUGS AND WELL WISHES~~ CHRIS

I think the Goal posting is a good idea ... maybe it will keep me honest! 1.Drink more water ... almost at my goal today! 2.Eat healthier 3.Keep up the exercise or increase ... 4 days a week 4.Clean out closet of clothes that don't fit (will probably be a weekend job). 5.Keep up-to-date on OH group! Hi Dana. I have lots of goal this week, ugh sooo busy!!! 1. Finish Pedigrees- I have to name like 20 babies! lol 2. Get Equipment Ready for Show 3. Tattoo Ear #s 4. Pack 5. Eat/Drink Correctly 6. Trim Toenails (bunnies' not mine! lol) 7. Study for Exam on Tuesday 8. Get Trip Binder Together I think thats all I have to do lol!!!

Of course they're bunnies!!!!! I'm going to a rabbit show and I name all the ones for sale. They have some coooool names!!!! My fave for the winning right now is Jaci's Ooh La La... she's gorgeous!!! Her dad is Wiebensohn's Ooh Ahh (didn't name him) and he mom is Jaci's Purple Lady... Her gramma, Jaci's Sweet Isis is no longer with us and was awesome. LaLa looks just like her G'ma.... I hope she does welll!!!!!!! Cross your fingers!!

1. Exercise 4 times this week 2. Buy new bras -- I know I need new ones!!! 3. Find a hotel for Lyle and I to go to in August for "our" weekend! 4. Have my blood taken for my labs .., I've been putting htis off for a month now. Susan
