Let's see if I can accomplish more than I did with my goals last week!! 1. Work out at least 3 times this week 2. Not spend any money this week (I'm borrowing this one from MM's post) 3. Get at least 2 protein supplements in each day. I've been slacking on this a little and I'm hoping if I up my protein intake my weight loss will speed up again. 4. new goals: 1) exercise 4-5 times this week 2) get all the things done on my list for our visitors 3) write down WHAT I eat, not just cals and protein 4) keep cals under 1500 5) send off papers for DH (not yet done!) Cathy
