Goals for the week!
Let's see if I can accomplish more than I did with my goals last week!!
1. Work out at least 3 times this week
2. Not spend any money this week (I'm borrowing this one from MM's post)
3. Get at least 2 protein supplements in each day. I've been slacking on this a little and I'm hoping if I up my protein intake my weight loss will speed up again.
4. Make those long overdue phone calls.
