Girl you need to pack a lunch and take with you when you are on the go!!! Let me fore warn you that I was at a BBQ / Pool Party today. I brought food with me but didn't get out of the water long enough to eat! I actually ate a piece of steak while floating on a lounge! I took pictures and posted them on my page.. B: 1/2 lunchables S: chips L: some steak S: more chips D: nada S: 3 popsicles and an Isopure Water: okay Vitamins: eh hardly ever on the weekend Exercise: I swam today Dana

I know i know.... I can't do processed stuff, it makes Pookie sick... so I guess I just stopped eating all together, ugh! I gotta revamp everything. I know my dad's going to watching my every move this coming weekend!

This is for sunday... i did not eat too well, but today is a new day... heres what i had B: 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt S: 1 bite of a wonderful brownie! L: Inside chicken of 2 tacos from Baja Fresh w/ a dollop of sour cream. I also ate 3 tortilla chips with it. F: 12 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk S: 1 Sugar Free Frozen Fruit Bar D: 1 QSmart bar, 1 string cheese S: 3 pretzels dipped in FF cream cheese TOTALS Cals 755 Fat 33 Carbs 46 Protein 70 As you can see, WAY too snacky!

For Sunday: B: 1/2 biscuit with some sausage gravy (made me sick ) L: 1/2 chicken sandwich D: Beef stroganoff and corn S: Small amount of "real" ice cream ... Bunny Tracks ... yum ... but baaad! Water: doubtful ... never seem to get enough on weekends Proten: not enought Debbie

Monday: hot tea to take my meds B protein drink(skim milk, egg, yogurt, 1/2 banada and protein powder) S none L seafood stuffing from Red Lobster lobster stuffed mushrooms one french fry from Jbs plate S none D 1 cup of assorted beans in tomaoto sauce w/ cheese melted on top vitamins, B12, iron, calcium all good working in water now Nancy B
