Girl you need to pack a lunch and take with you when you are on the go!!!
Let me fore warn you that I was at a BBQ / Pool Party today. I brought food with me but didn't get out of the water long enough to eat! I actually ate a piece of steak while floating on a lounge!
I took pictures and posted them on my page..

Vitamins: eh hardly ever on the weekend

This is for sunday... i did not eat too well, but today is a new day... heres what i had
B: 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt
S: 1 bite of a wonderful brownie!
L: Inside chicken of 2 tacos from Baja Fresh w/ a dollop of sour cream. I also ate 3 tortilla chips with it.
F: 12 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk
S: 1 Sugar Free Frozen Fruit Bar
D: 1 QSmart bar, 1 string cheese
S: 3 pretzels dipped in FF cream cheese

D 1 cup of assorted beans in tomaoto sauce w/ cheese melted on top
vitamins, B12, iron, calcium all good
working in water now
