My week...
Lets start with 2 weeks ago. On monday (the 5th) I weighed 185. Couldnt loose to save my life. My hair was falling out in giant handfulls. I stopped going to h2o arobicks since I figured the clorine and the extra washings werent helping.
I kicked up my protien, and water. I started using the dreaded machines at the gym. I hate them!! I am also tanning. I started loosing!!! YEA I went from 185 to 179 that next sunday. then the flu hit... By monday I weighed 176. I was bad. Couldnt hold down water even. By thursday I hit 170
. I havnt weighed that since 98ish. Im doing better back to my old self.
Since having the flu I have gained a few pounds back. Im at 173 now and Im OK with that. Its nice to loose but dange not that way. Im going to the gym this evening for the first time, so I will check in with yall in a few days to let you know if my lazzy bug gets the best of me, lol
