Shopping For My 1St Big Event

Next month I have a wedding to go to. It will be the first big event since my WLS. Well over the weekend I pulled out all my "dress up" clothes and tried them on. Let's say that my sister and I had a good laugh. They all hung off me like bags and I looked like a bag lady. Now I didn't want to spend alot of money cause I know it will be a "one time wear" type of situation as I'm still losing weight and sizes. So Sheri (my sister) suggested we go to Catherine's. She has alot of luck there and has a card giving you a 10% discount. The stuff is not "high-end" but heck I don't need it for long. Anyway we went and I lucked out and found I really nice top. I have a pair of black silk pants that still work. Here is a picture of the top. Silver jewlery - check! But me and heels don't jive, I would fall right over and that would be the end of the day for me. I do have a pair of black sandles that I'm planning on wearing though that didn't fit before my surgery and are perfect now Pictures to follow, I promise
