Capable of Eating More
Some things I can eat more of too. I bought a bag of grilled chicken strips and to figure out a serving a weighed it all and packaged it up. Sometimes I can eat the whole 3 oz but other days I struggle with the last few bites. I also have been eating lunchables mainly just the meat and cheese, the packs come with 8 slices of meat, cheese and crackers. I allow myself to eat about 2 or 3 of the cracker but I really focus on just the meat and cheese part of it. Someday I can eat all the meat and cheese with 2 crackers and others I can only eat about half.
I don't why there is a variance. But I have noticed that I can eat just a little more than before.

Hey Lisa,
I've noticed the same kinds of things. Some days I can almost get a whole chicken breast down--then others, no way. I also seem to be able to eat things like watermelon until I've eaten pounds of it. I've also worried that I was stretching the pouch out, but I'm still loosing weight, so I try not to worry.
