One of my best investments
Besides my treadmill and elliptical I recently purchased a heart rate monitor(the one with the wris****ch and the chest strap). It has really helped me alot to make sure I stay in my FAT BURNING ZONE and not below or above. I realized even though I was working out every day I wasnt losing as much and since I started using the monitor and staying in my correct zone I have been losing more(before and after my stall of course) Although I felt like I was working out hard enough before I now know I wasnt so hopefully others may consider getting one, its like a personal trainer without a heartbeat haha-thanks for listening
