Pounds (lost) per month?
I dont have an average, Ive had good months and bad months. My doctor says not to have goals as far as weight or size. I try to set goals like, at work putting out 3 cases without resting. You know little activites. He said to make all of my goals activity oriented, based on health. I believe that goals can discourage some, I know I was a bit discouraged when I wasnt where I wanted to be at my 3 month mark, having hardley lost anything but then wham the 4th month rocked!! I gues everyone is different so I just keep on truckin, lol
