Me & Christy Brinkley!

Today at Physical Therepy they put me on the "Total Gym". And you thought I knew Christy Brinkley huh I had to do leg presses, which is not bad. The hard part fo rme is getting on and off the stupid thing. It doesn't lock so I need someone to help be get on and off of it. It's too funny to see. So after the workout I get hooked up to the torture devixce for my infared treatment and proceed to fall fast asleep Good thing there was a timer on the machine or I'd still be sleeping

lol Ronna...you're a trip. I own one of those total gym things...I feel so "all over the place" when I am on it; almost like I have no rhythm. You'll have to take a camera next time and tell someone to take a pic for an "inside joke". I would love to see you on that thing!! Dawn

Well they only had me working on my legs so rythm was ok. I can see how it would be hard to do arms and legs together though

Hi Alex The Total Gym is a piece of excersise equipment. Like a workout bench that moves back and forth. I'm glad you like the new picture regards and hugs, Ronna
