Biggest Loser Challenge...WEEK 4
I just realized that even though this is week four of the challenge it is only week 3 of the weigh-ins. It seems like the time is FLYING by....what would you guys think to making this a 2 month thing rather than just one??
How much weight did you loose this week? (No need to round up or down....exact amounts are fine.)

I may as well post my loss....I had weighed myself Thursday because I had my doc appt and was down 4 pounds, then this morning I was only down 2....SOOOO I did something that Jen Jen and Jaci mentioned a few weeks ago: I took a long hot shower.....and like magic those 2 pounds went down the drain!!

197 for me. I was hoping it would be more as I did work out 4 times this week and was always on the go. Heck, I even made great choices when we went out to eat -- (I'm in lust with the oriental grilled chicken salad from AppleBees). I can feel that it's water though....probably the small amount of popcorn I had last night at the movies did me in. My hands feel a little swollen. I might take a water pill later in the day if it doesn't subside. BTW, I think this would be great for 2 mths.
