It seems I've got huge emotional highs and lows. This am, I was really low and now, after reading all of your wonderfully encouraging and supportive posts, I feel so satisfied... I also went shopping This is what I did today: 5:30-1:30: Worked at Jack 2:00- Left a message with a psychologist for an appointment, should be calling me back tomorrow *cross yer fingers* 2:30- went to big mall near school and shopped ***** I wasn't planning on buying anything, just returning a pair of Spanx I got that I didn't need afterall. But I decided to check out the LB and their clearance stuff- 60% off girls! This store is bigger than mine and they have some cool stuff. Well... LB requires associates to layer up or wear nice blouses/etc... I don't have much layered attire, so thought I'd check out the cute jackets/cropped stuff. The jackets were ok, nothnig too fancy, but I really liked a cropped jacket in khaki... so decided to try it on. I grab the 18/20 and a cute shirt and take them into the dressing room. The shirt sucked, I know why its in the clearance rack! LOL I put the jacket on and it looked funny... like kinda too big. I didn't want to buy something that was big already. So I go out and grab a 14/16.... yeah right like its going to fit. I take it in the dressing room and try it first without a shirt under neath..that adds bulk! I put it on slowly... omg... its going on! I trun around... whoa, I'm wearing a 14/16!!!!! I take it off and put the basic tee on and then the jacket on again... OMG I am wearing a freakin' 14/16 jacket and it can be buttoned!!!!! Its cropped, so hits right above my most protruding roll (I know graphic pic there) and I am planning to wear it on Thursday at work. Or maybe tomorrow in class since I'm always freezing. Best thing- It was regularly 59.99... marked down to 39.99 PLUS an additional 60% off = 17.00!!!!!!! Whooopppeeeee ***I also decided to get brave and go into Anchor Blue.... I shop like Hollister/Gap/Aestople/etc. I walked in all confident and such and went straight to their bags- adorable!!!!! As I checked out, I handed the cashier my CC he's all ID please. Takes a look at my pic, looks at my card and then back at the ID lol. He didn't know it was me!!! That was fun. ***As I'm leaving the mall and heading to my car, two chicks from High school were putting a baby in their car. Normally, I'd hurry up and get in the car and race off never "seeing" them. This time, I decided to smile at them and say hi. They stop what they're doing and actually talk to me! These girls were the ones in HS who always copied off of my work lol. They just kept gushing over my looks... that was nice... considering they really haven't changed since HS at all! 6pm- I decided to skip class and go to a support meeting.... I thought that would be important. Luckily, I decided to go... there were only 7 ppl there and one was a week out. I was the youngest, again, but the newbie was 23, with a baby and boyfriend. The others were all over 1 yr, trying to lose 10% or appealing for a revision. It was very interesting to be thee, and it really helped me see that others were in the same boat even at different stages in this process. Now I'm here... reading all of your wonderful posts and emails to me. You guys are wonderful. There is no need to reply to this post, I just had to tell you how muc you mean to me. I don't think I can really stay away lol. I had a horrible feeling to check my email ALL day!!!! I love you all Jaci
