Breakfast Ideas
Carly, you can always grab a protein bar. Also, I like the Jimmy Dean breakfast skillet; you saute it and add egg and I throw in a little cheese. You can buy it in the frozen breakfast food section. Today I reheated some I already cooked and it tasted just as good as leftovers. I also like to make a piece of whole wheat toast and add cheese and bacon or ham sometimes. You can always make you some SF Carnation instant breakfast and add a scoop of protein powder. I've noticed a lot of people eat SF oatmeal. I've tried it, but I've never been an oatmeal fan. You can also get a fast food breakfast sandwich and eat the meat and cheese (& egg, if you like it). I don't get this often, but I just give a friend at work the bread and egg, and I eat the meat and cheese.

I can't eat solid food very early. So I am a fan of natural fruit milkshake:
1.5 cups of delactose skimmed milk
4 envelopes of splenda
One fruit (you can choose of one of the next: one banana, one mango, one slice of papaya, one pear, one apple, 5 strawberries, etc.)
One egg (please no shell)
two full spoons of oatmeal
5 pekans (could be almonds too)
Blend all the ingredients and you will have a complete balanced quick easy to drink breakfast!!!!
I usually have lunch between 2 and 3 and it's enough for me to get that hour without problems. Don't forget your vitamins too.....

I have my usual breakfast protein shake:
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 4oz fat free, sugar free yogurt
1/ banana/strawberries or pineapple(unsweetend)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
pinch of cinnamon
BLENDERIZE and pour into a shaker and drink from the spout...
30 grams of protein..I can drink it as I drive to work.
