187 -- WOO!

Okay, breaking 200 was my big milestone. Wearing clothes sizes that didn't begin with a "2" was cool. BUT -- I weighed this morning and I broke thru the 190's and weighed 187. I weighed about 175 when I graduated high school, which was "mumble-fuzz-mumble" years ago. I never though I would see numbers like this again -- in my wildest dreams! Now if only that 335 pound fat lady living in my mirror would go away, life would be even better!

Thanks, Karen! I've got to get my wonderful hubs to take some pictures this weekend. He's pretty good about getting my monthly shots in. I also plan on re-doing the measurements. Since the weight loss has slowed down some, the measurements really help my peace of mind some days.

Thanks, Dawn! I'm such a neurotic weirdo -- my wonderful hubs was in the shower ****ep the scale on that little piece of ceramic tile that's RIGHT in front of the shower) when I weighed (totally nekkid, right after I dried my hair -- but that's a whole 'nother neurosis). SO, of course, for proper documentation, I made him stick his head out and read the numbers back to me. LOL.

Congrats on the weight loss. I definitely don't see a fat lady in your picture! Debbie

Thanks. The fat lady only lives in my mirror, by the way (and my head). LOL -- one of those psychological issues that will resolve in time, I hope.
