recipe? ???

There's always the standard SourCream and Onion soup mix. You could make it with yogurt instead of Sour Cream. Robin

I would go with a protein filled one! Layer the following: Black Beans (mash them up, so they are like refried) RF Shredded cheese FF Sour Cream then top with some salsa and chives Hope you have a fun time! Happy 4th!

Sausage Cheese Dip 1 pkg ground sausage, cooked and drained. In a crockpot, or on low heat, stir in and melt 2 8 oz. pkg. RF cream cheese and 1 can Rotel tomatoes. It's great, and a lot of protein. Taco Dip 1 cup RF Cream Cheese aka known as Neufchatel cheese (I don't ever use FF sour cream or cream cheese because it doesn't taste near the same - I'drather just not eat it if it doesn't taste good) 1 8 oz. RF Sour Cream 1 pkg. taco seasoning Mix well and refrigerate for several hours Spinach dip is also a good choice using RF mayo and RF Sour Cream
