If you are in a state of ketosis does it necessarily mean that you are still losing weight??? I ask because there have been weeks that the silly ketone sticks tell me I am in ketosis however I dont budge on the scale--do the two go hand in hand or does ketosis not really make a difference in the whole scheme of things?? Also for the woman reading this-do you tend to show zero weight loss on the scale the week during your monthly friend?? Lately I show no loss during and then for almost a week after and then BAM all of a sudden I show a big loss--thanks for your imput-Lori

If you're in a state of ketosis, you should be burning fat and losing weight. If your water weight gain from that time of the month masks it, though, it probably doesn't show up until the excess water weight goes away. So, it's all okay in the end. Karla
