OMG

As most of you know, I own a restaurant. I decided that I would like to have a double tiered pizza, convience oven. I went online to my equipement supplier and check it out. A used one is over $11,000. I guess I won't have one of those anytime soon. Hazel

Hazel, I also own a restaurant. The costs of our equipment and supplies are ridiculous!!!!! We did have a bit of luck the other day...We also own a bakery and small convenience store and have been looking for a glass front rea*****ooler. New they cost approx. 30K!!!! We found a guy that has one in storage that he bought in a storage auction......Price $2,500...Holy crap....we were all over that one. Have you ever gone to auctions in your area?? Sometimes you can find just what you are looking for. This is a tough business, every little bit helps.... Kathy Montoya

I hit the auctions here, but being in the middle of no where there aren't a whole lot of them. I can't believe the price of equipment and supplies. We will have to keep in contact, and share ideas and such. Hazel
