As some may know, I went on a hunt for a good tasting protein powder. I found one! Champion Pure Whey Protein Stack, Chocolate Flavor. Its ok plain, its good mixed with Carb Countdown Milk, but the best yet is the following recipe that I used tonight: 4 oz cold water 1 scoop Champion Chocolate protein about 2" section of a medium sized banana 1 teaspoon of peanut buttter 1 Ice cube (it desolves, but makes it super cold, which I like) I blended this in the magic bullet. Its SO GOOD! Really, I liked it so much that I almost drank it too fast If anyone is looking for a new protein treat, try this. Here is the nutritional breakdown for the above recipe: Cals 191 Fat 3 Carbs 12 Protein 25 (now, I used regualar p'nut butter, if you used reduced fat pbut and less banana you could cut the carbs and the fat considerably)

Okay, where do you find this miracle protein powder. I am for anything that tastes good and gives me a real boost of protein. Hazel

I ordered mine from the vitamin shoppe online- they don't carry it at my local store. But, I found out it is cheaper and you can order samples (which I suggest, since everyone really does have different tastes) from www.vitalady.com Hope you like it! I have tried most everything, and this one is by far the best, but like I said, everyone is different. I have read others post simular things as me, and then I would try whatever they loved, and I would hate it... but its worth a try

That does sound good I found that I really like low carb Isopure Chocolate just last month and have been having alot of shakes lately too. I only use 1/2 a serving and that's 25 grams of protein. When I add in milk it's up to 33 grams

Sounds great, flavor wise. The 2 worst times I've dumped was on a protein drink w/ milk, peanut butter, and protein powder mixed. I'm glad it doesn't bother you. I read that the combination makes a lot of people dump. Lucky for you it doesn't. It was one of my favorite flavor combinations. I make shakes w/ 1 c CC Choc. milk, 1 scoop creamy vanilla Isopure protein powder, 2 packets splenda, and 2 tsp. decaf espresso powder. I pretend I'm at Starbucks. Karla

I had VG, so it is nearly impossible for me to dump, I guess I didn't think about the RNY'ers, but I use unsweetened p'butter... just ground p'nuts, not even salt added. I wonder if it is the sugar in the jar kind that makes people dump And, I will have to try your recipe! It sounds delish.
