I don't know what it is like where you are, but here in the middle of Nebraska it is HOT!!!!!! One of my air conditioners at the restaurant went out today. And Friday nights are the biggest night of the week. It is our hamburger night, and people come from everywhere. It was impossible to keep the place cool with only one air conditioner. I just replaced the other one a month ago. I am lucky, I have a heating and air company that will come out tomorrow to see what exactly I need and put it in the first of the week. Right now I am so frustrated and discouraged. I know that things will get better, they alway do, but right now it just seems like it is a down hill slide. I bought the restaurant two and a half years ago and the only things that I haven't had to replace are one furnace, the stove and grill (they are one unit)(but have had to have both ovens worked on) and one french fryer. I replaced one of the furnaces a year and a hal*****he other furnace is old and hope and pray that it will last at least one more winter. This is saying nothing of the new sewer line I had to have installed a month ago. Or the new mop sink that had to be installed a month ago. Or the, or the, or the and on and on and on. Then there are the people that are constantly telling that I look sick. Or you have lost so much weight, hope you don't plan to lose anymore, or all the other negative comments they can come up with. Don't take me wrong, I love my restaurant and I love what I am doing. It is one of my two life long dreams.(the other was writing a best selling novel.) Right now I am just tired and frustrated. So thank-you for listening and Good-night. Hazel

Hang in there w/ the restaurant. I know that is hard, long work. As long as you don't fall in to the "underweight" catagory, you eat your protein and take your vitamins and drink your fluids, don't worry about others saying you lost too much weight. Maybe their jealous. Some people don't won't others's doing well. As for the heat, come to Texas. The heat index has been close to 120 every day lately. That's why I have AC. Maybe when you get your other AC, they'll both last a long time. You can always pray for winter. It will get better! Karla 337/234/150

Isn't it funny how people feel they have the right to decide for us what we should weigh? I had a friend at work call me skinny and immediately change it to thin in case "skinny" offended me. I told her I liked "skinny". LOL I then told her that the day would probably come when she would feel like (and tell me) that I had lost too much weight. I let her know that when that day comes she will have to be understanding when I tell her to back off. I explained that she may come to that opinion when I still have 20 or 30 lbs to lose and that I may even go under my goal weight at some point. I further explained that as I reach my goal my body will need a period to stabilize and I will probably gain a few pounds before I wind up at my final goal. She was very understanding and let me know that she will continue to support me through those times as well. I have been blessed with a super support team!
