I dont know what to do, but I have been dumping and cant keep nothing down excep****er. For lunch I tried eating my 3oz of protein (chicken) and I threw it up. Yesterday I had some peanuts and got really sick from it. I have eaten these both before and never had a problem. I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions? I cant seem to keep anything down excep****er. I have an email into my dietician but wondering if you had any suggestions. With not being able to eat I have a killer migraine and cant take anything since I have nothing in my stomach and dont want to make it feel any worse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Sue

Hi Sue, It doesn't sound like dumping Other than the migrain have you been feeling ill? I would call your doctor. Something is not right here. You might want to try some clear broth with unflavorored protein powder in it for a start. That might stay down. I'm no docotor but it sounds to me like you've got yourseof a bug Take care of yourself and call your doctor.....soon!!!! Sending hugs, Ronna

Sue, I am so blessed that I have not been sick at all since surgery. I don't know what dumping is like. I do want for you to know that I hope that you feel better soon. Beth M

Sue, I agree with Ronna, it doesn't sound like dumping to me either, sounds more like a virus of some sort. I hope whatever it is you feel better soon! Karyn

Hey Sue, Be sure to get in touch with your doc. But you also might want to try some warm tea. It sounds like something is stuck, and maybe that will help get it down. Hope it helps!! Hugs, Dianne

Sounds to me like you might of irratated your tummy yesterday with the peanuts and you didn't fully recover before you ate the chicken today. I had those types of problems a while back. My instruction manual said to switch back to liquid and soft menu items if have thrown up. Wait for instructions from your dietician but I would also follow up with a call to your dr. also! Hope you get past this soon, it's no fun I know. Dana
