The Heatwave Has Struck
It was almost 100 degrees here in Maryland. We went to our friend's house and used their pool - they are on vacation in Texas. (Yes we had permission)... we got in about 4 hours in the pool. I feel bad for my girls. I didn't realize the sunscreen I put on wasn'****erproof, and they've got quite a bit of sun. 
But lots of calories were burned in the pool. 
I, like all of you, am dealing w/the heat by cranking up the A/C and drinking! At least we are all much lighter this summer versus summer's past.
