On the topic of loose skin....

Some folks (including many doctors and plastic surgeons) agree that the use of compression-style clothing can reduce skin sag in people who lose a large amount of weight in a short amount of time. Compression clothing can be nothing more than tight spandex/lycra workout clothes. I wear long sleeve compression shirts and long compression shorts by Under Armour while sleeping and while running or working out at the gym. They also have a line of women's products. They sell long sleeve & short sleeve tops, full & 3/4 length bottoms, and an array of stretchy unmentionables. (Don't ask how I know all this) It's important to get the compression styles because most companies make regular and loose fitting lines of stuff also. I always buy one size smaller than the sizing charts and everything fits like a second skin. I don't know for sure if there's any conclusive evidence that this actually helps with the skin sag - But, in my case, it seems to be helping. Also... it feels kinda sexy, so, what the heck. Be Well, -A.J.

Good idea, A. J. I wear Lipo in a Box, which is made of compression undergarment fabric, designed by a lady who used to sell compression garments for after surgery. It's really comfortable, more so than a thick item. I haven't thought about underarmour. Maybe I should borrow my son's long sleeve ones (I hear him in the background hollering, "you're not wearing mine, it wouldn't fit you!". You're a man of great insight. Karla

that's interesting. I'll have to see if they make anything that fits over the upper arm. That's my "bad" place. Thanks AJ
