Warning from Yours Truely
Hi guys! No post from the fair today.... I got sick sick sick! Make sure you drink and eat in this horrible heat! My bod is used to over 100 oz a day and a decent amount of protein... poor thing has been lucky with maybe 60 oz of water and eh, 25 grams of protein??? This am I had to leave work- I was so sluggish, tired, stiff and dizzy!!!! I've been eating lots of prtoein and guzzling my water, feeling a little better... but whoa, it was a trip... I barely made it home from work. Luckily I live 3 miles down the road and droe like a grandma so I'd stay on the road.
Please no flaming on my eating/drinking....
I know I have to eat/drink.... I just forget and it is soooo hard to eat something when its all nasty and melted in the ice chest. I can' do deli meats or I'd so be up in that, but ugh!
Tomorrow is the rabbit show and I am so stoked! I hope I feel better lol! I have been to a rabbit show in California since February and haven't seen one of the judges since December- yes PRE-OP!!!!!! He saw me last at my heaviest... I wonder what he'll say
The other judge is looking into the surgery a bit and maybe he'll take the plunge when he sees me. He's an awesome guy and a great asset to the rabbit community.


I feel so much better right now! After I did the post, I fell asleep at the computer lol! Up around 6:15, went to the fair to feed the lamb, drank something, ate something, been drinking all night... I feel sooo much better! The past nights I have been dragging myself home... now I feel relaxed and can go to bed whenever lol. Gotta keep my energy up for my date! lol
Hope you get to feeling better, Jaci. I keep some type of protein bar and/or nuts in my purse most of the time for this purpose. Also, the Profect tubes of protein or I use New Whey protein tubes have 25 g each and taste pretty good. It's like drinking melted jello in 3 or 4 gulps. They're $3 each, but I buy them and use them for times like that, when it's hard to keep other stuff cold. Happy eating/drinking. YOu have to have all your womanly strength for Saturday.
