Tiny Wow Moment

I have been feeling "sorry" for myself because of hitting a plateau lately so I haven't been posting at all. I know it's a phase and things will move again. I had a sort of a wow moment this afternoon. Was checking out after buying some clothes today on my lunch hour and the lady asked to see my driver's license. She stared at my photo, then me, then the photo again and back to me. She then said "wow, you've changed drastically." I am going to take that as a compliment and apply it to my weighloss since surgery because I wasn't too sure if that was good or bad. It seemed like it was positive so I refuse to accept that as changing for the worse! Karen S.

Karen, That's funny. I'm sure it was meant as a compliment. You're doing great. I know what you mean about feeling sorry for yourself. I've been on a 3 week plateau myself. We just need to be patient (easier said than done I know). You'll be getting alot more compliments and wow moments soon. Kathy

Karen~ I know what you are going thru! Just to let you know your not alone! I am going thru the same thing! I just have to get thru it. I know I will but it will take time.
