Well havent had one of these in a while and just wanted to share. I recently left Curves for Women due to the hours and it not giving me a big enough challenge. I joined Workout 24/7 and was in there and noone was in there at the time. I was walking on the treadmill and for the heck of it I wanted to see if I could run on the treadmill. Well I ran a mile on the treadmill!!! I was winded but not completely out of breath like I used to get just walking on the treadmill. I was so proud of myself and just wanted to share with you all. I know even in grade school I couldnt have run a mile. Suzette

Cool! You did very well. You should be proud of yourself. I've wanted to try running when I'm walking, but I keep telling myself I need to get down closer to goal. I don't want to jeopardize my knees or any other body parts while trying to run at over 200 lbs. I'll hang on a little longer. I keep telling my son I'm going to run the big giant hill behind our high school that all the athletes run. I'll try that when school gets going next month. I figure I can walk there when work is over as well as I can at a park. Congratulations Suzette. Karla 337/231/150
