stopped by to say hi i am still around

i thought i would stop by and give a small update. i am no longer super Obese. i am now Extremely Obese and have a BMI of 49.6 it's hard to beleave that when i started this journey i had a BMI of 69.8 and weighed 515lbs. i now weigh 366 slow but it's coming off. that a total of 149 lbs lost from 3 mths before surgery till now. only 146 to go. dave
