Saturday Recap!

Saturday was soooo awesome! I had a blast yesterday, let me share it with you. Got there at 7:30, fed the lamb and started setting up for the day's event- livestock auction. I am like the queen of decoration when it comes to selling animals... all of my past project animals have had glitter, paint, and more glitter lol! Austin is no exception, especially since Sofia wanted flames on him. I have never done flames in my life, so I was there early to practice lol. 8:20 left to run to Starbucks and the store since I broke a nail and needed to repair it lol. 8:45 Tommy's bus was in and we went back to the fair. Started on the lamb around 9am.... wasn't done until like 10 minutes before he sold.... around 11:00 lol! I had a blast working on him though! My parents met him and they chit chatted..... the fair finally opened at 3... but it was super hot. Luckily I had forgotten to do an errand Friday so I was like wanna come with me? Then when we get back more people will be here and and it won't be soooo hot. So we galavant all over Livingston, A****er and Merced (yes, I have my ID this time) I show him our airforce base and there is n air museum there.... he so wants to tour it, so we're gonna do that when its cooler. Stopped at my old job to see a buddy and get some cds and then back to the fair we went! Since my parents purchased a market animal at the fair, they got to attend a buyers dinner.... my dad was home resting, so mom, Tommy nd myself went.... Tommy got to try rabbit for the first time.... cooool. LOL! Finally go back to the rides around 7:00.... I was really worried about not fitting... I know I know.... but I was worried. The first one we went on was called the Scrambler..... it just goes in fast circles and makes you feel all weird lol- like the scrambling of an egg. Well, the bigger person is to be on the outside due to the force of the ride. I automatically, sat there lol! Then the ride guy tells us to switch! OMG! No one has ever told me to switch places because I was smaller! Next ride was sooo scary! I totally pushed myself to go on the rides and I'm so happy I did. I had a blast and am becoming a total ride junky lol! We went on one that went upside down and just sat there.... omg, I was like 3 inches outta my seat just in the car by a harness lol! AND I went on the bumper cars! I have NEVER been able to do them due to my legs or whatever. I know it was a kiddie ride, but I was never so excited! The last pic is me in my purple car! Great pictures. . . Of course, the flaming lamb is the best! Just kidding. YOu did a good job on him. You look so happy in the pictures, like you are truly, genuinely happy. Have a good week. You'll probably be engaged by the time I ck in on Saturday. Karla
