Inches Lost

How many inches have you lost and what areas do you measure? Here are the areas I measure Neck Left Wrist Right Wrist Left Arm Right Arm Waist Hips Left Thigh Right Thigh Left Ankle Right Ankle Breast Under Breast I have lost 54.5 inches. 10.75" off my hips alone - man I had a big old hiney! That whole area for me is a problem looks like I have a tube around my hips, belly and hiney. Anyway enough TMI. God BLess! Jen

WOW I haven't gotten that specific. I only measure my bust, waist and hips. I have lost 10" off my bust 14" off my waist and 10" off my hips That's 34" from just 3 places.

Yeah Ronna, that is great! The majority of my inches lost come from those areas too, 25.25" is my total for those three areas. God Bless! Jen

Good question Jen! Total lost is 70 inches. Areas measured Bust Waist Abs Hips Upper Thigh Arms Suzette

Hey Jen! I measure the same areas, the only exception being that I measure JUST the left side of my body when it comes to arms and legs and I measure my knee. As of my 4 month mark (I forgot to take 5 month measurements), I had lost a total of 64.5 inches since surgery.
