Yes, I have limits. Please keep in mind though, I did not have RNY, I had VG, so I absorb everything I eat, thus my numbers are lower then what most RNY docs suggest.
My doc says to follow this plan until 1 year out, then it changes slightly:
Calories: No more then 800 daily
Fat: No more then 30g daily
Carbs: No more then 40g daily
Protein: No less then 70g daily
Again, since I absorb all I eat, my limits are lower then they would be for someone who doesn't absorb everything.
