Um Did You Work Yer Wiggles for the Past 3 Weeks

Hi everyone! I have totally slacked on my Wiggling post, I am so sorry. I haven't been online since Saturday! I have been running around non stop at work, with the lamb and fair. Plus, I've added T to my daily routine... so will be making a point to do the wiggles post from now on, I promise! So, what have you been up to????

Hi Jaci I had physical therepy today and they upped the weights on the total gym. I had to do my leg presses with 15 pound weights on it. It was hard but I did it Also walked the puppydog (heck she's 9) and will do another in an hour. That's it for today

Just the usual stuff at the restaurant. Have just addopted a new kitty, so am having to play peace maker between him and the puppys. I just hate that time before they learn to get along. Hazel

I just bought a Hybrid Mountain Bike and have been riding that around the neighborhood w/the new man. Great exercise.

I walked on my lunch hour today even though it was hot. I started using Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD and that has been a good butt kickin workout! Karen S.
