Did you know that lean people do get hungrier after exercising ? that helps prevent them from getting too thin
Did you know that , our body continues to burn calories for hours after excrising ? SO we NEED to feed our body after we excrise.
one way to prevent post op hungry after workouts is to fuel with good healthy foods so that your body properly before excrising.
keep yourself satisfied WITH HEALTHY SNACKS... that is the KEY ......thoughout the day , so that you do NOT get OVERLY hungry at all.
-- IN MODERATION ....eat nuts , just a few, NOT alot... nuts are very good for you... but also have FAT in them. be careful...don't over do it...
--this is one of the snacks i have , i cut up a cucumber in thick pieces and scoop out the middle of it and then spoon in cottage cheese and sprinkle some cinnamon on it with shredded carrots.
-- eat beef jerky, very healthy snack , good protein.
-- cut up Bite-sized tofu cubes , IT IS VERY Low in cholesterol and calories, high in protein and vitamins
--have a stallone's protein pudding , vanilla i love, because it is great tasting.
--- celery , place ALITTLE BIT, NOT alot- of peanut butter on the celery and eat that.
--cut up an apple, eat some of that.
--boiled eggs , hey stuff them with tuna fish , thats what i do lol
eat these healthy snacks through the day and you will never go hungry.
Water also helps to keep us full , think about this for a minute....if you drink enough of it , you will not have any more room to fit any foods in there lol, i do find that drinking water helps me keep full ....... and also drinking water helps me NOT to OVER EAT too...
so don't forget to drink enough water , throughout the day as well.
you might want to drink a protein shake too , after your workouts... you should have protein and some carbs after your workouts... it will help you build muscle. you should not be eating fats or unhealthy stuff after.
you can also drink a V8 juice as well ...
anything to keep your body going , is the key
don't wait too long after workingout to eat something. it most beneficial for your body to receive it's post workout nutrition. to help build muscle.
remember to fuel your body and you will not get hungry.
