Hi every body!!!
After weeks and weeks working hard to go out of the nightmare my life is having my family away from me due to financial problems. I have found myself with time today to share with this board. I have missed all of you so much!!!
I really want to thank to all the wonderful girls that wrote me up asking about my status. I am so touched about it.....
I would really like to know about what's happening with all of you..... How is your journey doing??? I hope that all of you are acomplishing your goals. As for me... I am at 207. I had 5 weeks without weight changing. Out of that I am doing very good. Still loosing very slow but loosing. I am just 10 kg. of my personal goal. I have hit my Dr's. Goal. From yesterday I am not obese any more. At 207 my BMI is in 29.... How about that????
As for my friend Gary. I know I have been persistant in this board pushing the subject here. But he is a wonderful person and I just wanted to share some of the love I find here with him. He is not doing very good. He is at the hospital again, and very weak. Sandy, her wife, wrote me today to tell me how important our prayers are for both of them. Still working with the Drs. to take Gary out of health troubles.
You know I love and care about all of you.
Best Regards
Alex
So good to see you back Alex and in a better frame of mind too
Congratulations on being overweight
Next step will be normal weight for you
Your Godmother is doing very well. I have been going to Physical Therepy 3 times a week and they are helping me with my balance prolems and I am walking much better due to all the excersises.
I have posted alot of new things on my profile if you have time, do take a look.
Also I am down 105 pounds as of last Monday and am very happy about that
Take good care of yourself.

Ronna

My dear Godmother:
You look so nice in your last pictures. Once again and for the fourth time in this day I am going to say: what a wonderful feeling is to have our life back.... I relate a lot with you about the symptoms of continue tiredness, not sleeping enough, not being good at awakening early, and now all of that is in the past. How are you doing wiht your diabetes? Is it getting better?
I loved your WoW about sitting in your couch.....
Alex
Thanks Alex!
Yes the diabetes is getting better. I am taking very little insulin now compared to when I started and am hoping soon to be off the night time dose - I only take 5 units now so soon to be 0 units at night.
At physical therepy I am having what is called Anodyne Treatments on my legs and feet 3 times a week. This is hopefully to help restore nerve function and increase my ability to feel in my feet and legs. I have only be going for less than a month but I do think it's helping
Thanks for asking.
Sending hugs,
Ronna
