How much have you lost? 79lbs What was your highest weight? 245 What is you BMI as today? 26.7 What was your highest BMI? 39.5 What is the smallest size of clothes you are wearing right now? size 8 pants/was a size 22 pants....shirts anywhere from M-xl depending on the shirt..lol I was wearing 2X or 3X. Are you happy with your loss so far???? Yes!! I'm thrilled about it. Wi**** was faster..but I'm happy. Why??? I'm living life again.. I can move easily, I can play with my grandkids and not worn out after 5 min. I don't get hot anymore!! It's been in the 100's here and I've been comfortable! I take a jacket with me everytime we go out to eat because I'm always freezing now.

So, here it is: How much have you lost? ? 137 lbs What was your highest weight? ? 417 lbs What is your BMI as of today? ? 36.9 What was your highest BMI? ? 55.2 What is the smallest size of clothes you are wearing right now? ? A few XL tee shirts and one pair of 40 inch waist pants (Whoa...that's a 16 inch loss in less than 6 months!) Are you happy with your loss so far? ? Damn Skippy!!!!! Why? ? Honestly, I doubt that I ever would have come this far on my own. And, although I'm still about 80lbs away from goal, even if the weight loss stopped cold today, I'd still be satisfied. I used to be secretly worried that I'd never live to see my 50th birthday or maybe even my 40th. You are so right my fiend. When I was so overweight only six months ago. I used to think a lot over death.... I feel great, Alex Thank you for the compliment!! I went out to lunch today with two girls that I used to work with and they both kept telling me how great I look and that I don't even look like the person they new before. It was nice to hear all the nice compliments.. I smiled all through lunch..lol
