??for the ladies...a bit O/T

I want to go buy myself some pretty panties, all I have ever worn are FOTL or Hanes briefs I need some opinions on what are the most attractive yet comfortable ones to buy( I am not sure I can do thongs yet). Thanks for your opinions! Karyn

You'll laugh but I buy my panties from QVC I love the Breezies lycra panties. They have highcut legs which I prefer and are really comfy and come in all kinds of colors. Hi Karyn~ Now that I have lost the weight I wear the bikinis or the boy shorts underwear and sometimes I have been known to wear a thong. Still getting used to those. I have learned tho that I still cant wear the hipsters. I think its a personal choice and go with what feels comfortable. Suzette

I buy hipsters and bikini cuts now. My reason being that I have several jeans that sit below the waist and the last thing I want is some ganny panties showing if I lean over. I get mine in "better" department stores. (AKA: Macy's, Boscov's, Strawbridges) I stick to name brands now too...my drawer is full of Calvin Klien, Madienform, playtex, IZOD, ect. Hope that helps. I like the Victoria Secret high leg brief - in the poly spandex (body by victoria), not the cotton as that does not move smoothly under clothing. I wore the XL when I was an 18/20 and have moved into the L as a 14/16. These are a nice cut and dont show with lower pants as I, too, would never want to have the granny panty look. I love their bras, too.

Not sure what size you are right now... but I just bought a bunch from Lane Bryant. They were on sale for 5 for $20! I got all kinds; pretty thongs, lacy support, cotton boyshorts, etc. They had so many, my guess is that they are clearancing them out for their new fall stuff (since some I bought were summery in color and design). For what its worth- I fit comfortably in the 14sz at LB.

Thanks Marie, I just bought two new Bras at LB and didnt even look at the undies! I wish now I had, i wear a size 8 underwear and size 14 pants though....are the underwear the same size as pants there or like most underwear? Karyn
