Hey girl,
You seem to be the fitday expert here and I have a few questions... Would you mind coaching me? I have seen your progress and am very impressed with your results. I have been making some bad choices and decided to be more accountable. So MANY people have said that fitday is the BEST way to do it. I have tried the free version but I have problems finding some of the things that I am eating. For example Wolf brand chili. I can't find it on the website and I did not keep the can. Fitday has Hormel... what do you do in this situation?

That you do is there are 3 drop down bars on the "foods eaten today" page. The last one allows you to create a food item. Whenever you have a food that is not listed on Fitday...go to that bar...click on the creat new food (or whatever it says) and manually enter the nut info for it....copy it right off you box or can that the food comes in. In the event that you have something that doesn't come with nut info like from a restaurant...go to their website and see if they have the info. If they don't...go to www.calorieking.com and 9 times out of 10 they will have it. Hope that helps. Oh...and once you enter in a food manually...it is saved so you can just click it next time.
