6th month appointment today!!

well I went ot my 6 month checkup and so far so good, he was impressed at how much I have lost thus far and told me to keep up what I am doing! I have to go back for labs in another 6 months to check my b-12 and make sure that all is well, but first I have to pick a new pcp since mine has moved. All in all I was really happy how things went and so was he! So here is to my 6 month check up Steph

Glad everything went well. My 6 month appt. is next Tuesday. My surgeon was on our cruise in June and saw me in my bathing suit (couldn't hide any fat much there!) and talked to me in Cozumel at the beach. Maybe I should wear my bathing suit so he can see the difference in these 2 months! Karla
