Watcha Eating on Saturday?
I forgot to do my menu yesterday, so I'll put it in for today. I worked Friday into Saturday night, so here she goes:
12 a.m.- Atkins shake
3:30 a.m.- 15 goldfish pretzels, 1 RF cheese square
6:30 a.m.- 1/2 oz. pork rinds...full of protein!
3:00 p.m.- protein hot chocolate w/ LF whipped cream
7:00- some chicken fajita salad, roast beef, 1 tsp mashed potatoes, string beans and broccoli, some salad.....we had our family reunion banquet yesterday....oh and I had some banana cake....one bite but it was mmm, mmm good!
