Hi Lisa: Thank you soo much! Iam very very happy with my progress so far. I have to admit though I do worry ALLOT about eating to much, stretching my pouch, will this be the end of my loss or will I reach the weight that I have not seen for ages which is 160lbs? Iam sure that we all have asked ourselves these questions from time to time as we reach the six month mark. If you read the reply that I wrote to Anna you will understand why Iam excited to really start smiling by showing my teeth. Well, thanks again and God Bless you. Denise
